Amy
Amy is our treatment coordinator and has worked here for ten years. In addition to being our treatment coordinator, she also works side-by-side with Shay at the front desk and is in charge of patient accounts. She is our patient liaison and meets one on one with all our new patients. Amy is married and has one sweet and energetic daughter, Ava who keeps her busy. Amy enjoys spending the weekends with her family and friends. She especially enjoys her mother-daughter outings with Shay and Amaya!
Julie
Julie is one of our orthodontic assistants as well as our lab manager. She has worked with us for almost ten years and loves interacting with our patients. She especially appreciates how Dr. Zombek creates beautiful smiles, unique to each patient. Julie is from El Salvador, Central America and came to the US when she was 14. She started assisting when she was 19. She and her husband have two teenage children, Kelvin and Julissa. In her free time she enjoys exercising, watch movies, and dancing.
Shay
Although Shay has been coming here as a patient since she was an infant, she started working here about ten years ago. She began as a sterilization technician, was an assistant, and is now our marketing coordinator. She greets all the patients and their families when they come into our office, answers any questions they may have, and books their next appointment. Shay graduated from NSU with her Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She is married and has one daughter, Amaya. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, fishing, and being creative.
Sue
Sue is one of our orthodontic assistants and our operatory manager. She has worked here for over 30 years! In that time, she has gotten to know many of our patients very well and has always enjoyed learning something interesting from each one. Sue is married and has two children, Shay, who works here as well, and Rhys. She has one granddaughter, Amaya, who she spends a lot of her free time with. She also loves to read, vacuum, and garden on the weekends. Some day, Sue would love to retire in the Georgia Mountains on the Chattahoochee River.
Robin
Robin is our office coordinator and has worked here for over 25 years. She has five furry children, her dogs, who keep her very busy when she’s not keeping our office running smoothy. Robin is also an amazing cook and loves to go antiquing and traveling. She has a house in North Carolina where she spends a lot of time. She is very creative and is an amazing entertainer.
